STARTING MAY 18TH, 2024 7 PM Join our vibrant community group coaching membership for only $99 per month. Over six months, connect with fellow artists through monthly Zoom makeup meetups, exploring all things beauty and faith. This is a unique opportunity to learn, grow, and share your journey in a supportive and inspiring environment. You will learn how to build a clientele, expand your network, read a room effectively, plan and achieve your goals, and foster a sense of community. Camara Aunique Helps is an award-winning celebrity makeup artist, instructor, and coach who has quickly risen to become one of our nation’s most sought-after beauty experts. With over 10 years in the industry, more than 7 spent freelancing, Camara’s work has graced countless red carpets, editorials, and beauty campaigns. Her client list includes the likes of Angela Bassett, Ava DuVernay, June Ambrose, Naturi Naughton, Gail Bean, Mariah Carey, Luke James,Garcelle Beauvais, Lil Rel Howery, Kel Mitchell, Yvette Nicole Brown and the list goes on. Camara also is an independent contractor for Disney, Paramount Plus, HBO, Nickelodeon. Her artistry has graced the runway stages of designers Kate Spade, Reed Krakoff, and Kenneth Cole, various TV specials, and social media channels across the world. She has also served as a brand ambassador for Beauty Counter where she was the face for their holiday campaign. In 2018 she launched Camara AUnique Beauty, featuring her handcrafted faux mink lashes, receiving Essence Magazine’s 2020 Best in Black Beauty Award. She attributes every success to God’s grace, demonstrating the power of hard work and unshakable faith. Influenced by the fast pace of New York’s fashion, beauty, and entertainment sectors, where she got her start, Camara’s incomparable work ethic stems from a lifelong admiration of her grandmother, who stopped at nothing to provide for her family. As a Brooklyn native, Camara witnessed the bright and dark sides of the city’s rapid development firsthand. Through her philanthropic efforts, she has helped to equip New Yorkers with the tools needed to access the many resources and opportunities her hometown has to offer.
